What you experience

  • Our profiling is designed to provide you with a deep understanding of what kind of athlete you are. We analyse your performance and the underlying factors that either enhance or hinder your potential.

    We assess joint mobility and muscle flexibility, perform an athletic foundation movement assessment, measure basic power and elasticity, and of course, athletic performance.

  • While there are many shared aspects of training across sports, positions, and stages of development, there are crucial individual differences that determine the best path for you.

    I’ll help you simplify the process - guiding you on what ingredients your training needs, what targets are worth aiming for, how to manage your schedule, and your injury history - so you can focus on what matters to you the most, your performance.

  • Our training simultaneously develops our 5 key pillars of athleticism - acceleration, deceleration, top speed, contact strength, and endurance with two main aims in mind:

    • Building a foundation of high-quality movement that sets you up for long-term success.

    • Genuinely influencing on-field performance.

    Training times are limited to 6 athletes at a time to ensure that each person always receives the individual coaching they need.

  • No, this is so much more. Training at the South East Speed Centre integrates strength and power with speed and agility, and also includes programming for endurance performance. Our Athletic Profiling gives us an in depth understanding of your needs and your Athletic Development is based on this.

  • All of our training times are capped at a maximum of 6 members to ensure that everyone receives the individual attention they require at each session to maximise their potential.

  • Our program runs for a minimum of 12 weeks to ensure everyone gets to experience the results they signed up for. This also aligns with our quarterly athletic profiling schedule.

  • Yes! We are able to support your athletic development if your programming is led by a professional strength & conditioning coach at your State League club. Please get in touch to see how we can support and enhance your development.
